I'm a Lead UX Designer specializing in diagnosing and solving complex UX problems through mathematical frameworks and pattern recognition. I excel at discovery, building solution frameworks, and enabling teams to execute independently.

Currently at MO, working on the VA health and benefits mobile app. Prior to this, I helped prevent 500,000+ veterans from losing healthcare access by identifying systemic barriers during a mandatory transition to modern secure login credentials. The VA-wide effort was recently nominated for a FedID Award for “Best Technical Advancement”.

Previously at Amazon, I diagnosed root conversion barriers that increased engagement by 15%, conducted research and applied insights, boosted revenue, and helped validate strategic decisions. I've also founded a sustainable stationery business that achieved profitability while planting 700+ trees via philanthropic donations.

I bring interdisciplinary design thinking to product challenges—blending rigorous analysis with human-centered design to create lasting impact for users and organizations.
